Common fixes

The sign-in code didn't arrive

Check your spam folder, make sure the email address is spelled right, then ask for a new code.

My partner can't join

Check the invite code is typed exactly as shown. Each of you needs your own account, and an account belongs to one couple at a time.

We keep not matching

That's normal some days. The app will show the closest dishes or a surprise pick, and you can swipe again once for a fresh set.

I'm not getting reminders

Reminders are scheduled on your phone. Check that notifications are allowed for Dinner Roulette in your phone's settings.

I want to cancel my subscription

Cancel in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the account in the app does not cancel it.
